Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the spin to win game (the “Game”) (the “Terms”).

How to enter:

To participate, upon purchase of the promotional product at the time [Depending on venue] you will be given the chance to scan a QR code located on a member of staff’s lanyard. Scan the QR code with your smart phone and follow the on-screen instructions, spinning the wheel for your chance to win a Prize. The Yourspin website will launch the spin to win gaming content ("Website"). You must tap the wheel to play the Game. If you do not wish to play the Game, you must not scan the QR code, or, if you have already scanned the QR code, you must not tap the wheel.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified instantly on the screen of their smartphone/ mobile device if they have won and details of their Prize.

If you win, you shall be responsible for redeeming your Prize. You will be provided with a code that you must share with the Venue's staff in order to redeem your Prize. The Venue reserves the right at its own discretion to withhold the Prize from you if the Prize cannot be provided under applicable laws, or to withhold the Prize until a later date if the Prize is not available, or unless stated ‘until stocks last’.

The prize will be given to the winner instantly On-Site.

By playing the Game you have the chance to win a variety of prizes which are set by the Promoter and Venue and provided by the Venue. Prizes can only be redeemed at the Venue ("Prize(s)").

These general terms and conditions apply in addition to the Specific terms and conditions above. Together, they shall be referred to as the “terms and conditions”.
The owner of this Game and the Website is Yourspin Limited, whose registered office is at 35 Lauder Road, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, EH9 2JG ("Yourspin"). By playing the Game, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
Participants must meet any eligibility requirements contained in the Specific Terms and Conditions above. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families (including live-in partners), agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this promotion.
The Game can only be played during specific hours that have been set ("Playing Hours") by participating venues ("Venues").
The Promoter has allocated a series of specific times where a number of available prizes can be won. The person who accesses the landing page of the microsite will have a chance to win and will receive an on-screen message as set out above.
Non-winning entrants will also receive an on-screen message advising them that they were unsuccessful.
If any prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate that prize but may withdraw it from the promotion and use it as it sees fit.
If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows participants to increase that participants entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before entering any Promotion.
Yourspin will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection or other charges incurred in playing the Game. If using a device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant, the entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before playing.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Yourspin, or Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Yourspin or the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied during the course of this Game will only be processed for the purposes of providing the Game as set out in Yourspin's privacy notice, and all applicable laws in effect from time to time.
These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the courts of Scotland and will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute, except that if you are a resident of England or Wales you may also bring proceedings in England or Wales.
